Our Refunds Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refunds Policy at any time.

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee after delivery.

When the customer is unsatisfied with the product (if returns applicable) or the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the items are damaged, the customer can return it within30 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be heldresponsible for all the shipping fees.

Eligibility for Return:

l The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase, order number.

l We would advise that you should use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.

l All customers must contactwww.candleology.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.

www.candleology.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.candleology.com.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCT

No refund shall applicable on digital product sold by us, since access is given to users on same day of placing order.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.

In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us through our email info@candleology.com . We will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

WE MAY REFUND YOU BACK IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

1.    If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;

2.    If we consider the refund is necessary as per user support staff as per our sole discretion.
