SHIPPING AND CANCELATION POLICY
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
We (www.candleology.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.
A standard shipping fee shall be applied to all the products (non-digital).
Our Standard processing time is: 1-3 business days.
Standard Shipping – 3-7 Business Days
All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.
Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.

The delivery time will vary by country and region. Deliver is currently using both USPS and DHL for international shipping.
These are the current transit time estimates:
Canada and Europe: 4-15 business days
Rest of world: 8-15 business days
We will continue to work on adding more service levels to our international shipping capability, so this SLA may change in the future.
Orders without tracking movement for at least 21 days are eligible for lost in transit claims.
International shipping is currently Delivery Duty Unpaid, so customers will need to pay the customs and taxes when the shipment arrives at customs in the destination country.
We are working on populating Candleology International rates in our website. This is anticipated to launch in January 2022.
Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for some reasons:
Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.
Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.
Here, at www.candleology.com, if you wish to cancel your purchase order after confirmation,
- If the order is not shipped then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it.
- If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping started on it then no cancellation will be allowed.
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us at our email email@example.com, upon cancellation, the refund applies to our product only at our sole discretion.
All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy.
